Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please reach out to support@enyon.co. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@enyon.co within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right.
