Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details
If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@enyon.co. We’ll work with the carrier to assist, but Enyon is not responsible for carrier-related losses once the package is in transit.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist promptly.
